FAQs

• How many photos are included? It varies! The base pricing includes 10 spreads on luster paper (20 pages). Depending on your selected size, you may want less photos per page so you can clearly see each. For a 4x4 you may want to select 20-40 photos. For a 12x12, you may want to select 50-80 photos. For the two larger albums, we try and include 4-6 +/- photos per spread.

• Can I add spreads? I have 100 favorites! Yes, the minimum spread count is 10 (20 pages); the maximum spread count is 40 (80 pages). Prices range for additional spreads, depending on album size and paper selection.

• What happens after I provide you with all preliminary information? Your order will be added to the queue for layout design. Once complete, the Studio Manager will email you a link to proof your album. If all looks good, you will confirm back. If you need any changes, you will relay those back. Once album proof is approved, the final pricing will be presented for payment. Upon receipt of payment, the order will be placed. Albums typically arrive to your home from the manufacturer within four weeks of placing the final order.

• When should I place an order if I want to gift this to someone? We recommend a 2-3-month lead time.

• This all sounds great! What do I need to provide you to get started?

  • Step 1: Album size(s) w/ Paper Preference (luster vs. matte)

  • Step 2: Your preferred cover color(s), plus 2 backups incase the preferred is out of stock

  • Step 3: Any extras you wish to include

  • Step 4: A spreadsheet with the gallery number of each selected photo from your final full gallery

  • Step 5: A $50 deposit per album

  • Step 6: Your shipping address for the final product(s)
