April 1st, 2023 is a date that Catherine and Ian will never forget! This couple said "I do" in Catherine's hometown of St. Augustine and their wedding was an unforgettable night for all. From their unique ceremony venue to the incredible reception details, this couple pulled it all off with ease thanks to some careful planning and teamwork.
Catherine and Ian chose Oldest House as their ceremony venue for its long history and beautiful 500-year-old tree, which created the perfect backdrop for their vows. The reception took place at Urban Asado where delicious food was served "dinner-party style." Guests were treated to a fluffy cake with layers of lemon and raspberry, Catherine's and Ian's favorite flavors respectively.
The couple also chose some great vendors to make sure their day went off without a hitch. For hair and makeup, they trusted Sunkissed Beauty, and the bride was stunning in her dress from Savvy Bridal Boutique in Charlotte NC. Creme de la Cocoa supplied their cake, which was simply elegant! Anne Urban with Florida Wedding Supplies coordinated the entire event so that everything ran smoothly. When Anne introduced the couple to Southern Palms Studio, Catherine said she immediately knew we were the studio for them. While our pricing is affordable, the couple was primarily drawn to the quality and editing style of our work.
